Have very little that I liked during my tenure. Unless the leadership takes care of their employees, there is nothing to like about working in Dell technologies

Too many to describe but yet I will make an attempt. Firstly, If you're a sincere and an honest employee, you will end up on the wrong side of things, because ultimately you're the one ending up doing all of the work. Sincere and honest hard work does not receive any rewards here, Instead, you can invest your precious time in other places where your time is valued. Secondly, Leaders here aren't leaders but behave as your BOSS. They think they're entitled to treat you however they wish and feel. This goes a long way in hampering one's mental health, which is never considered seriously in this organization. Lastly, If the Board of Directors are seriously involved and understand the concerns that an employee goes through on a daily basis, the behaviour would then be considerate rather than trying to BOSS around everyone. I sincerely hope nobody goes through the mental turmoil that I personally have with this organisation. Working with dell feels more like a family. The company gives you an environment that makes want to come to work to feel better. We have hybrid work culture which makes you the decision maker. The work cultures is very focused on family values and winning together .
