Regional bias especially if someone where to join DGA (Dell Global Analytics) it should go with BGA (Bengal Global Analytics). Promotions reserved only to these regional employees. A policy for all dell employees to complete 18 months to be required for promotion doesn’t hold good for Bengal Employees. No job security- frequent layoffs. They want to chase off people and not give severance, so they are trying everything in their power to make the employees more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health.
