I wish heads took action on tell dell survey. Else what's the point in rating your manager? I've seen numerous cases of managers getting zero but nothing is done. Please take action.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
