Dell was the first organization I started working with. It's really amazing, good for growth for a fresher and being a part of Dell was amazing. Coming to work culture and management they were awesome and team work is fabulous.

Dislikes

There's nothing I didn't like about Dell. I would highly recommend people to join Dell, who is specially a self starter.

Management is worst. People who working in Dell are those wo knows they can't find a job anywhere. Its good only if you want a job where you are not looking for any growth but just a fixed income and don't want or unable to crack interview anywhere else. There are no compensations and incentives. Pay scale is pathetic and the leadership is. I don't have the best way to discribe, illiterate.

Management sucks and growth is 0. You can expect 0 promotions even if you stay in company for 5 yrs.
