Worst experience from last 2 years Team lead worst behavior. With team and management also worst they need only sale. Leaders are hardly professional Mostly in tech support they are stuck there as team manager post with sad life. They give trauma to the team members. Most of the rewards and recognition are given to their favorites.

Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

No job security- frequent layoffs. They want to chase off people and not give severance, so they are trying everything in their power to make the employees more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. Doesn't matter how much you work no promotion/Appraisals. I know people waiting for promotion more than 6 years. They change the working model as they please. Change you career path if they want position to be filled. If you stay long in the company looking for a new job will be a nightmare because you'll lose confidence in your own knowledge. STAY AWAY
