DELL has given its prior importance to employees for their health and stabilise work without impacting the productivity by allowing WFH option which rarely happens with other companies. Management is with employess through out hard times during pandemic hit the global economy.

Dislikes

DELL should double check with contract workers and their opportunity of turning FT(Full Time) employee during pandemic hit as if they are really worthful asset to the team and organisation. Instead of hiring many contractors and investing budget it would be great if the worthful CWs are given a chance to be a part of Dell family so that it will really boosts their confidence and contribute to their maximum extent if they were given a chance even during any hard pressed times such as pandemic hit now....Read More

No growth, if joined as some role will need to continue till quit Dell. Lot of favouritism when comes to promoting to a new role. If your manager is outside India, also need to handle racism.

Worst experience from last 2 years Team lead worst behavior. With team and management also worst they need only sale. Even sometime health will be sick they don't need any explanations also just go store and need sale even we will inform they don't care about it worst experience ever .pls don't join Dell technologies

Regional bias especially if someone where to join DGA (Dell Global Analytics) it should go with BGA (Bengal Global Analytics). Promotions reserved only to these regional employees. A policy for all dell employees to complete 18 months to be required for promotion doesn’t hold good for Bengal Employees. There is a lot more if people can just go around and talk to people who are not from that region to know the exact truth....Read More

Leaders are hardly professional Mostly in tech support they are stuck there as team manager post with sad life. They give trauma to the team members. Most of the rewards and recognition are given to their favorites.

Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

No job security- frequent layoffs. They want to chase off people and not give severance, so they are trying everything in their power to make the employees more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. The work that they make you do is dated and not industry relevant. So don't join dell unless you want to spoil your mental health and career....Read More
