If work life balance and culture code is your priority, then Dell is the best workplace. Flexible work timings, high support for employees with families and kids. Management with no micromanaging, gives time and space to do your assigned tasks. Comfortable and satisfied workplace with decent pay standards. Your suggestions and opinions are well valued and transparent with the management.

Dislikes

Frequent layoffs and org restructuring is a matter of concern to job stability. If conditions are favourable, its really good for a long-term workplace :)

The Work-Life Balance is becoming very poor day by day with expectations to work late hours and weekends without compensation, is particularly challenging. Compensation and benefits are below industry standards. The immediate management tends to be retaliative and blame-shifting, which creates a challenging and equally toxic atmosphere., The work culture is dying here, is toxic, pressuring employees to overwork.
