I like our Team mates who work as a team and know the situation without giving up on each other the senior manager who is supportive and helps me complete who does not accept any kind of discrimination etc.

Separation of employees on the basis of caste and creed does not give priority to talent and senior managers who do not recognize this and management does not value talent,the company goes down the road
