The best thing about the company is it gives you time for your personal life since they have the ample Onroll staff so you leave from office on time and in your absence

Dislikes

For all the efforts that a teammate puts in, I feel the remuneration is not well structured. Also, this puts an indirect impact on the work life balance however the positive energy from the teammates is way more than enough to keep up the enthusiasm and push through all the odds.

As a senior executive i go through the SOP,IB,OB,SHORTING(PRIMERY & SECONDARY),PROCESSING ,AGEING , FLMS, LPMA, CUTOFF MAINTAINANCE.
