I joined in Oct'20 as Executive in LH OPs. Logistics sector was new to me but i always believe i can do anything, nothing can stop me. With this perspective I learned a lot here and within six months I promoted as Sr. Executive, its been 1 and half years here and don't know how time passed, after second appraisal I will be promoted as TL and ready to take new challenge and new learnings in this company,

Working Hours. 9 to 10 hours is somewhat i didn't like, it must be 8 and half, so we can make work life balance.

Good work invironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Comany policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a good company. It's management system is very good also having good policies. The company send salary timely.

Here employee doing work long time but they have not get promotion and they also not get growth at time of increment also less salary increase.
