Practical approach towards employee benefits. Best platform for Freshers to explore automation oriented service based industries.. the point is there are a lot of growth opportunities. Salary should ONLY be negotiated at the time of joining, cz appraisal is less compared to CC cashback.

Everything, it’s one of the most toxic companies in the country right now. They just want to keep running behind with giving any direction + everyone is blaming each other, and there’s no job security. Very bully place to work.

I am executive but my senior manager assigned me in which are tl/manager level work, like different sheet updating etc LM/FM/HUB/IB/OB etc, but did not getting enough salary/appraisal basis of work, also not getting promotion. Our senior manager hiring his relatives who are freshers.
