Literally Nothing. Apart from few colleagues, the work environment is suffocating. Principal ma'am is a decent lady. But her position is also very weak. She is just a puppet of management. She can't even protest when an employee get terminated without any valid reason. I have not found any positive vibes here. The secretary of principal ma'am is very helpfull lady. She can help you whenever you required. But she has to obey the Management rule too. Hence don't desire much help from her. Rest of the employees basically busy with pampering of the new brat who is now taking care of entire Management. The office politics is in its highest level. Every one talking behind of other. Leg pulling is an art here. You have to be very careful when talk. Every body waiting for your one mistake and they report to that brat . Nothing good here. Only the salary structure is good. Well , almost everything. First the little brat who is the director now. Pretend to be a jack of all trade and master of all. But actually he can't understand a simple accounting transaction after detail discussion. He is just a joker , nothing else. Very arrogant and always try to humiliate people for small mistake. Hey Deepak prakash Agarwal , if you reading this , try to behave decently. One day will come , when there will no efficient employee beside you, just because of your behaviour. And now come to the Pro vice chairman, God knows why everyone call him Pro VC Sir. He is just an uneducated Marwari chapri . No manners to talk to employee. Any one can understand the upbringing of that person. Only knows how to suck money from student. He is just like a dictetor. And also a loose charector person. Always after the female employee. I have an incredibly positive experience working at Delhi Public School, Tajpur. The working environment is supportive making it great place for growth. Management encourages innovation in teaching methods. The school upholds high standards, which reflects in the student's conduct and academic achievements. Timely salary disbursement along with periodic increments.

1.Work Culture. Been a Pre primary Assustant teacher in this institution the Coordinator is very dominating in nature. She doesn’t lets u work on ur own terms at all.2.Too much Craft relted stuff is asked to be performed by the teachers. Despite having art and craft teachera, All the teachers r expected to participate in art and craft work..Teavhers who r not good in artistic skills r forced and misbehaved if they do not participte in similar activities. 3.Too much buttering of RICH parents r done here. 4. No job security is given to the teachers.Mt3 colleagues were asked to leave even before 12months that too without any experience ceritificate.. 4. Ill mannered office staffs ..When i left after working there for 3months i didnt ask for experience letter..I repeatedly called and asked them to give me a formal letterhead where it should be written that i am no longer a daprt of DPS,Durgapur.The office people lied to me about principal being out of town 5-6times and the respected prinicipal too didnt even bother to reply to my mails ..Because of this i lost ny valuable job in Cognizant later on. 6. too much of stayback..When u get a job they say there is only two days of stayback..Later on they keep extending it almost to everyday.. No respect for new teachers. My two colleagues have decuded never to become a teacher again after being frustrated of working here!!
