They are bigest fraud in education industry under the name of Delhi public school. They join teachers by giving false commitments and never give offer letter and don't share any school policy with teachers and come up with new one eveyday. They ask for blank cheques of the teachers, deposit extra money in the account and later withdraw the amount fraudulantely. There is no job security, work culture is worst with no management skills at all and no kind of company policies are followed. No leaves are sanctioned and bus duties are there. Old Teachers are exploited here. They ask their teachers to work day and night with such a low amount of salary.

Dislikes

Teachers who has given 7-8 years of their life are treated badly. They are still asked to work with low salary. Only new teachers are given advantage by the Principal of Jankipuram school Lucknow.

Work Details

Working in DPS Jankipuram was a worst experience. It's just a struggle with less amount of salary by the Principal. When employee requests for salary increment, they are insulted by the Principal. It's just a brand trap. So I quit this job.

Delhi Public School Vijayawada is a number 1 School in indiscipline among the management. There are only money minded management. The management ( Dean , Vice Principal) are talking in Telugu. The working culture is not satisfactory , everyone has showing attitude and ego. There is no job satisfactory. The want everytime local Teacher paying @ 10000-12000 per Month for earning 5 to 10 Crores in a year. The never want quality of Teachers. That's why majority of students are not qualify NEET, IIT ( JEE) for any National examination. Every year a n3ar about 200 students are applying for TC after knowing these all things of school management behavior and vision. In DPS Vijayawada School there is no single room is Smart class Room for showing the PPT or any other modern teaching aids. School is going on traditional way ( Black board and chalk). Every Parents are sending their wards in DPS Vijayawada fir improving English language proficiency but why the ( Dean / Vice Principal/ HoD and TIC)are talking Telugu language in school class time. Sir please construct smart class room because we are living in modern age of 21st century and Sir last but not least you peoples ( Director / Dean ) should admire, praise and motivates the teachers because they are giving there best....Read More
