In advertisement they wrote salary as per the DPS society norms.... But still they are not following..... maximum teaches are suffering after join..... So who wants to join don't believe their verbal statement.... Only believe in written statement..... And one thing more every year more than 50 teachers are leaving this school..... here teachers are getting behaviour from authority like a dog..... No time will get for family because working time is 8 hours 10 minutes..... From morning to evening..... Increment policy also not..... This year no increment given..... And discrimination is everywhere in the school.........Read More

1. No maternity benefit and other benefit. 2. Poor policies and work culture. 3. Principal and organization never stand on their words. 4. No experience documents given to teachers. 5. School is running during holidays and government holidays like on magistrate orders etc. 6. Poor education.

1.Work Culture. Been a Pre primary Assustant teacher in this institution the Coordinator is very dominating in nature. She doesn’t lets u work on ur own terms at all.2.Too much Craft relted stuff is asked to be performed by the teachers. Despite having art and craft teachera, All the teachers r expected to participate in art and craft work..Teavhers who r not good in artistic skills r forced and misbehaved if they do not participte in similar activities. 3.Too much buttering of RICH parents r done here. 4. No job security is given to the teachers.Mt3 colleagues were asked to leave even before 12months that too without any experience ceritificate.. 4. Ill mannered office staffs ..When i left after working there for 3months i didnt ask for experience letter..I repeatedly called and asked them to give me a formal letterhead where it should be written that i am no longer a daprt of DPS,Durgapur.The office people lied to me about principal being out of town 5-6times and the respected prinicipal too didnt even bother to reply to my mails ..Because of this i lost ny valuable job in Cognizant later on. 6. too much of stayback..When u get a job they say there is only two days of stayback..Later on they keep extending it almost to everyday.. No respect for new teachers. My two colleagues have decuded never to become a teacher again after being frustrated of working here!!
