No job security is given to the teachers.Mt3 colleagues were asked to leave even before 12months that too without any experience ceritificate.. 4. Ill mannered office staffs ..When i left after working there for 3months i didnt ask for experience letter..I repeatedly called and asked them to give me a formal letterhead where it should be written that i am no longer a daprt of DPS,Durgapur.The office people lied to me about principal being out of town 5-6times and the respected prinicipal too didnt even bother to reply to my mails ..Because of this i lost ny valuable job in Cognizant later on. 6. too much of stayback..When u get a job they say there is only two days of stayback..Later on they keep extending it almost to everyday.. No respect for new teachers. My two colleagues have decuded never to become a teacher again after being frustrated of working here!!
