There is no second thought about job security here in DIMTS. But the work culture is not that good. You would be given multiple tasks at the same time like you are working on one project and then suddenly would be expected to do another one and then again the previous one. And the cycle keeps on repeating. Company policies are better than many of the other private companies. Employees get to enjoy a better work life balance as the result of policies. The worst and the funniest thing at the same time here is that HRs have the job of deciding whether to give themselves a promotion or not. They dont think about the other employees of the company. They also deserve a promotion.

H.R policies are well framed and over all company is good but few people are not good in the company, I worked in engineering department and the projects are not good, they have only small business depots projects and skill development is very less but incase of job security it's best.
