There is no second thought about job security here in DIMTS. But the work culture is not that good. You would be given multiple tasks at the same time like you are working on one project and then suddenly would be expected to do another one and then again the previous one. And the cycle keeps on repeating. Company policies are better than many of the other private companies. Employees get to enjoy a better work life balance as the result of policies. But you cannot expect a considerable raise or hike in DIMTS....Read More

The worst and the funniest thing at the same time here is that HRs have the job of deciding whether to give themselves a promotion or not. They dont think about the other employees of the company. They also deserve a promotion.
