New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

I don't like anything about this company no one is supporting always terrifying us that they can do anything they can fire us anytime etc etc , working here more than 1.5 years still no promotions also not giving the complete breaks to the staff just giving 30 mins break in 12 hours shift , giving mental and physical pressure.

Nothing to like in this company specially Ankit Shrivastava ( Cash Till Leader ( Emp I'd DDFS000473)) is pressurizing sales associate towards the work without giving breaks even if someone is going to say anything he issues warning letter towards him/her on any allegation that he likes , in the HR no one is supporting to the junior staff always they are supporting managers still if the managers are wrong ....Read More
