I dislike one major thing about DDFS is they kicked out half of the employees during this pandemic situation, the time when we needed them the most. I had 8 months of experience with DDFS, and got chucked out because I wasn't confirmed yet in the system.

Food. You may avail some discounts as an employee but still we can not opt every day that food. That again depends if you sit at head office it will be cool then but if you are the airport then u need to struggle bit.

As a part of Delhi duty-free services I feel proud. My team members were very helpful ND very good.Evryone has loving nature including seniors. This is very secure job from every sides. Salary is also good including incentives. I don't like anything about this company no one is supporting always terrifying us that they can do anything they can fire us anytime etc etc , working here more than 1.5 years still no promotions also not giving the complete breaks to the staff just giving 30 mins break in 12 hours shift , giving mental and physical pressure.
