I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. My work allowed for work life balance, but it depends on who you are reporting to. Saturdays were sometimes working. Its a great place to start out and learn about the policy space. There is opportunity. The timings are not set in stone and there is some flexibility.

Dislikes

They employee most people on a contractual basis and the pay is low. The culture/attitude of superiors can sometimes be demotivating with an attempt to shift blame. For those looking to specifically work on policy research, just a heads up, here ther is more grievance redressal (especially at a Jr. post) and Project Management at Sr. Posts.

I worked as lead accessor. I love my work and it was slightly challenging as i hv to reach every new destination by my own. All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes but i experience alot through it. And thats was a great part of my job.
