Work Culture Micromanagement Job Security No support from higher management No Learning No growth ***READ THIS BEFORE YOU JOIN*** Degreed basically a company which help business employee to upgrade there respective skills. Believe me the employee working in degreed itself are not getting upgraded :-P, they stuck to old structure ,frameworks. There Quality of the product is very low side. Customers those who are using there product might have better idea/innovation/automation compare to degreed. Last year they started there development work from India ( Bengaluru ) , till date they are depending on US resource to get work ( high dependency is there). Let me tell you About QA side , was worked there for QA position. - Every thing are managed by US side - They d'not have good / reliable automation suits which benefits team. - They d'not have integration test or proper e2e test - Still internal scrum team ( different development team) rely on 3rd party vendors for the testing of there feature or development work manually. They d'not rely on core QA/SDET team or automation. - There is micromanagement happening to India QA/SDET team. - Favoritism is there specially in USA side ( I came to know most of reporting resource are already work with same manager while working in different company in past ) - QA Manager lacks vision on process , improvement , development of current automation stuff. - Current core QA/SDET is equivalent to sales team ,more you complete the ticket , manager will show KPI achievement to higher authority. NOTE : This company is good for those who are fresh graduate or experience level is less than 5 Year. Those who have more experience > 5 , please try to avoid this there will be less growth , will impact on learning, work life balance <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
