You can have exposure to real time missiles and hardware realization In the beginning it is very good later similar works No scope for designing Just follow your boss order's

No challenging work for contract employees

Likes

The company has good working & learning environment with talented working assisstance. I like to work at DRDO. The products were good class and due to high class team we handled many projects. I liked to work there with my colleagues & friendly environment.

Dislikes

Sometimes due to project manager we need to stay long hours & little increments.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
