There is no job security, no work, 0 management, no even they do not give any experience certificate, salary also paying wrong way , they showing government 25k+, bust they paying salary 15k, Management is 0

It's a phenomenal experience working as a part of RCI, DRDO which gave me a closer exposure to our defense missiles and the way they are enhancing and setting the defense targets high in world defense system.The main point to be noticed is friendly environment and good food. It has the latest technologies that are used around world for their nation's safety.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
