Deepalaya was working on child development, women empowerment, education, and health etc. I got a chance to learn administrative work, proposal writing, report and government work. In term of job security, so we can understand that employees are working in this organization from more than 20 years.

Dislikes

They don't have facility to shift people one project to an other.

I was working with children and my main role for their education, shelter, rehabilitation etc. Most of the time I was engaged with children. So some things it became frustrated me.
