It's a pathetic company to work for. Company culture is very very toxic. Uneducated managers are handing the site in very toxic and pathetic way. They Don't give solution to problem rather they creat problems for those trying to find solution. Every 1 or 2 year unit head, or engineering head or any top head will be fired. Attrition rate is very high. No job security, even people about to join denied to join the company. You can be fired any day. Some HOD's who are working since long have created this environment and they don't like the new and talented entrants as they feel insecure for themselves, God knows how their attitude will change, Management have to think seriously on this ..?

Management sets impractical goals having very poor basic knowledge about project engineering & execution. Capex estimated is very poor. Process Technology head is bluffing to top management about provenness of process & all products launch plan failing at Dipak Chem Tech.
