Office politics, Old employees don't want new talented employee to sustain in the company, all the time they poke to the new employee and metal harassment them for unnecessarily. MD and Chairman is thinking about company progress but old fellows don't want to change their mind set, and of course very insecure about their job.

Nothing once you are trapped, you will try to come out from immediately, as the professionalism is totally missing. Some HOD's who are working since long have created this environment and they don't like the new and talented entrants as they feel insecure for themselves, God knows how their attitude will change, Management have to think seriously on this ..?

Company culture is very indisciplined & toxic at top level. Unclear & Non transperant top management. Management sets impractical goals having very poor basic knowledge about project engineering & execution. Capex estimated is very poor. Process Technology head is bluffing to top management about provenness of process & all products launch plan failing at Dipak Chem Tech.
