Office politics, Old employees don't want new talented employee to sustain in the company, all the time they poke to the new employee and metal harassment them for unnecessarily. MD and Chairman is thinking about company progress but old fellows don't want to change their mind set, and of course very insecure about their job.

Some HOD's who are working since long have created this environment and they don't like the new and talented entrants as they feel insecure for themselves, God knows how their attitude will change, Management have to think seriously on this ..?
