The travelling from Thane to Taloja is painful as 4 hous of travelling hurts. Secondly the canteen facilities is not up to mark and a bit expensive. Also, company does not provide the required growth and salary increment for young employees. Since employees require a change, there should be sports tournaments which will make employees more interested in company.
