Fully HR dominant company. Mr. Shailesh Mehta should appoint someone who can bring DFPCL to glory. It has all the potential to flourish but the only big hurdle is the management and over dominant HR and the power in one hand HR head(incapable). Should hire HR from prominent institutes.
