Company was very good while it was handle by real owner. But as soon as owner sold this company to local holding company management was started relocate & shifting thus drastic change in entire company scenario.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good

Dislikes

When I was in charge of engineering department no qualified team was there in company. Some how I was trying to accommodate myself & the movement It was right time to represent new management came who change entire scenario of the company and run away within two years. Before they left I quite my self from this company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
