No work life balance, there is lot of micro management and managers talks in abusive language with employees. One of the worst company to work.

They handle projects end to end. So a single person learns everything from ETL to visualisation.

No employee engagement. Absolutely no training for jobs which are built in house. Terrible attitude of managers. In around 5 years they grew only to 30 people. Attrition is high despite good monetary rewards. You don't do what you're hired for. The atmosphere is like a school (bad one at that) Limited WFH. No team support- culture is unsupportive. 1. The work environment is not welcoming at all. 2. They make you feel like you are good for nothing. 3. CEO is biased and he listens only to the people he favor. 4. No learning for your professional growth. 5. Appraisals are for those people whom the CEO supports.
