Dislikes

Opportunities to learn and innovate in work is limited. The company has legacy products, if you are working on them, there is very little scope for innovation. Learning is will seem very limited for people used to dynamic environments, especially if working on legacy products. This however, is team dependent. For prospective employees, make sure to grill your interviewer about the nature of work and evaluate it critically. work-life balance is the only thing which I say I liked. Otherwise, nowadays environment is worst compared to the first two years of DRG, and I will give credit for this to dumb inexperienced managers who play politics all the time.

Dislikes

No career growth, Salary hike is below standard.
