I like the culture and Overall outstanding experience for me and i like to thanks my regional sales manager Mr. Sabareesh Nair or Business Development Director Mr. Dev chandwani they are always motivated me and help me.

Firstly I don't think I dislike anything about Deceuninck but yeah you asked me then i told you that salary is little bit low that's it but yeah I'm a new joiner so may be take some time then increase my salary in future.

The job is really interesting. And before I joining I am thinking it's really struggling but after joining I like it and enjoy the work and I learnt everything to told me RSM or BDD and i enjoy it.

The best part of Working in Deceuninck is the bond between us, I have never seen such kind of communication and bonding. And I think I got the best managers in my life at Deceuninck. They are so supportive and energetic. They always help me with my silly questions so at that moment I got more confidence in my work and presentation.
