Fixed increments for every post. You'll learn Telugu after sometime. Transportation/ Bus available.

6 day working (G-Shift = 8:45- 6:00, A= 5:45-2:30. B=1:45-22:30, C= 21:45-06:15) and its a remote area; residential area is far, so add bus timings 45+45mins = 90 mins for every shift for coming and going back. Degraded Work life balance Work Culture is very bad. If you don't know Telugu think before you Join. Telgu is necessity, otherwise you'll be treated as an alien until you know telgu (i.e., you won't be able to communicate or work until then.)which means after sometime you'll be harrassed and criticized for not able to communicate. Localised people are also Telugu oriented so if you are going somewhere or doing shopping you'll have to take help of someone who knows Hindi or English. For freshers, it is a good learning platform. T&E team is excellent. But experienced people may not feel interesting. Work load will be a bit high. Some times you need to work on weekends also. I have learnt lot of things which are essential for a typical chemical engineer. Food(lunch and dinner) is best.

Technology is very good. I didn't find such an infrastructure in any other company till now. They spend more money on equipment.

Dislikes

The HR dept is the worst part of Deccan. It's not helpful at all. They don't see us like employees also. They don't know how to talk even. No work life balance. No work culture. No proper food also. (Curries qty is also limited, I have never seen such thing in any other company).
