1) Here employees are considered as helpers by there manager. 2) stressful culture were everyday someone is fighting to somebody because of work load. 3) You feel helpless and uncomfortable. 4) Dangerous chemicals but we have to work in unsafe condition. 5) In the end of the shift you feel fully tired because of mental and physicalstress. 6) This stress can affect you personal life. 7) in plant called MPP-1, continuous change over makes us confused about process, and that's why incident happened. 8) Company has DCS but still field person is only doing work like helper and continuous work until shift end. 9) bad working culture. 10) Personally they don't care about your health.
