Excellent organisation to work for freshers as well as experienced candidates. Process safety at all plants is at par with any Fortune 500 European company. Good Canteen and transport facility is provided by the company.

For freshers, it is a good learning platform. T&E team is excellent. But experienced people may not feel interesting. Work load will be a bit high. Some times you need to work on weekends also. I have learnt lot of things which are essential for a typical chemical engineer. Food(lunch and dinner) is best.

Deccan tuni site only possess locational disadvantage as surviving in humid climate is challenging for employees. Apart from that it really depends on how you take things in company.
