There are so much advanced equipment, instruments and so many different kind of processes are there to learn if enough time is there to spend on learning.

Dislikes

I disliked most is there is no coordination between different departments. Every one wants to blame other departments if any mistake happens even though they are the one that did the mistake. Worst HR department and HR policies. Prolonged working hourse. No leaves. No proper compensation for the hard work. No growth in personal learning.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
