For freshers, it is a good learning platform. T&E team is excellent. But experienced people may not feel interesting. Work load will be a bit high. Some times you need to work on weekends also. I have learnt lot of things which are essential for a typical chemical engineer. Food(lunch and dinner) is best.

Deccan tuni site only possess locational disadvantage as surviving in humid climate is challenging for employees. Apart from that it really depends on how you take things in company.

Technology is very good. I didn't find such an infrastructure in any other company till now. They spend more money on equipment.

Dislikes

The HR dept is the worst part of Deccan. It's not helpful at all. They don't see us like employees also. They don't know how to talk even. No work life balance. No work culture. No proper food also. (Curries qty is also limited, I have never seen such thing in any other company).
