As a company it’s leading the market but in terms of teammate culture it’s 0, they always consider one side of the story and take decision based on that.

About the employment and the value they give to the employees is 0, they just ask to leave the company when they require and without appropriate reason for the same, they do consider the personal reason from the manager and kick the employee out even if the managers feedback is irrelevant. No moral support from any leader and no efforts put in to improvement of an employee. Worked here for 5 years and I was asked to leave without given second chance and also was told that I don’t deserve Decathlon - according to them 5 years of my tenure at decathlon was just time pass and no value added, they didn’t even made an effort to ask my previous manager about my working culture and my behaviour and just decided under Rossa Pullimotil that i don’t deserve Decathlon within 8months under her management.
