My personal bad experience was that of a higher personnel being partial towards a particular individual and working for there development. Every individual should have the opportunity of there personal growth and work hard for the comoany.

Healthy work culture and energetic teammates. Good management and professional environment. Orgenised sector. You will get point of contact for every concern. No work pressure no target pressure. I learned a lot of good things from this company.

Dislikes

I have few concern which I'm sure most of the employees those who are working there will have is, 1) less salary according to the work. 2) No OT even if you are working 5hrs extra. 3) Baseless patterns of upraisal.

This place is full of politics and you can't maintain a work-life balance they pay you good but makes you do everything and anything. You can't question the bosses even if you are right and if you raise some issues that you are facing they ask you to leave the job. This place has given a lot of people anxiety and stress issues. Everything was bad the people where arrogant and cocky apart from salary everything was terrible no place to rest (NO Staff Room) they use to call it staff room but it use to be filled with rats and extra stocks. You have to come on the exact time if not you will be smacked by the manager but when it's time to go home you can't go home until an unless the entire store's work is done no matter how far you live and if you ask about going on the proper shift timing you are asked to leave the job. There slogan is WORK FOR YOUR PASSION But they take away your passion from you They call themselves as Sports company but they are just like other retailers i.e Big Bazaar and D-Mart They want you to do sales handle customers average 13 to 15 thousands on weekends and on weekdays be in your department but they want the reports like sales, margin, rapture, inventory, growth, and all other stupid things but you can't leave your sales department and can't even bring the laptop inside to work You have to make LSP (Local Sports Project) but can't go to understand the market competition because decathlon is always under staffed I have many things to say but everything bad because the company is really not good to work for....Read More

But I hate decathlon employees ( rawnin Ahmed ) he spoiled my carrier ..due to him I have to resign the company .. even decathlon didn't interfare in that also .. they use the people then they leave the people .. they play with human emotions .. plzz don't go to decathlon specially Huda City center store ..

The work culture is very as its there's a flat hierarchy. Benefits from the employees are also good. I really admire this company.

Dislikes

In some stores of India the work timings even for the ladies are not limited. They make you work till late night which is the only drawback working in this company.
