Very good place to start the career. Although the promotions and role changes will took some time, its a place where i learnt many things like time management, prioratizing etc.

Dislikes

Remuneration is too low comparing with the market standards. Will get lot of motivation to work with the company from the manager but not great appraisals in the yearly appraisal meetings.

Everything After having 3-4y experience getting only 30k in hand During appraisal when we ask about salary they were said we get only 5-6% appraisal for country because country is De growing so you will get only this amount 1-2m hike Skill only developed for a guy who have better licking properties, Worst managers no sence of logics .
