* Poor work life balance- just because they don't hire people on time they expect employees to stretch and work for 11,12 hours inorder to finish the work on regular basis just because there is shortage of teammates. *Work culture - it's all about politics. Someone them should have choosen acting as a career path instead of retail. The hardworkers keep working without getting promoted and the once who don't deserve gets a promotion because they have been very good with their buttering skills. *What they say that the Company is all about and what it believes in while showcasing PPT is quite inspiring but in reality the people who work just focuses on their own motto and not the company's. * They say there is no hierarchy system, if something is wrong you have full right to say another employee they are wrong even though they are at the senior position yet the moment you point out what is wrong that make you the target and go against you instead of understanding and correcting what's wrong. *The employees believe in conspiracy instead of transperancy with their other employees....Read More
