No pressure on Targets, no qualification needed they only care about communications Suggested department to join - racket sports, running, cycling, workshop, crm

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Everyone is they're own boss Operation managers are terrible No support or help from higher position people We have to forget about our personal life Too much work, and we have to forget about how much many hours we're working It's better to decline the offer then joining into sports like fitness and mountain
