The management expects miracles (which only God - if he exists can make), without knowing the zilch of technology. Most of the senior managers are in their current position only because of their past connections (which are rampant in the industry and more so in this country called India) and not because of their merit. The power, which is in the wrong hands (in the industry - someone who is not even a Computer Science graduate is at the helm) is wielded according to their whims and fancies. Unnecessary pressure is created without understanding the consequences or the depth of technology or the pain points of an engineer. No recognition whatsoever for all the hard work that you did. People are fired without notice and for the wrong reasons. The management cannot take any constructive feedback. Please do not join this company at any cost.
