Promotion on experience also given to undeserved person who doesn't know how to talk,read & write. Also having no knowledge inspite of having large experience. Promotion not given to right candidate who is qualified, knowledgeable & experienced. Although he is looking after the whole plant.

Company working culture is very good,company providing good facilities for all white colours and blue colour. As well job security and appraisal on timely with with avg.good against other textile company, Best thing is there is fit for work life balance with your family you go out timely and with flexible timings get w/o and leave as per required, Company given OT for white colours employee any many things is lovable....Read More

Dislikes

Blue colour workers have too many concessions due to which they do not work as required and if you pressurize them for work then they threaten you. local workers and union are responsible for this. Because they have been doing this from the beginning, not working during working hours because after that they get double the overtime money.
