The job is quite interesting. I stuggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Blue colour workers have too many concessions due to which they do not work as required and if you pressurize them for work then they threaten you. local workers and union are responsible for this. Because they have been doing this from the beginning, not working during working hours because after that they get double the overtime money.
