Good for fresher as you get to learn on various projects. No dedicated training but on job self training helps. Actually seniors/ people leave and to manage work load, freshers get good opportunity.

Dislikes

Heavy work load more due to absolutely no planning, more projects than bandwidth, lack of system, all shortcuts only to ensure dispatch no time for quality, no responsibility clarity. Any new responsibilities, if no one is available can be randomly assigned to you not because you have experience but because you are available in their opinion. The biggest problem is policies.
