Good company for freshers.

Dislikes

Poor working culture. Unprofessional culture imposed by managers. Boss is always right formula is common practice and is deep rooted in culture. Need proper team leading trainings to the managers.

Nothing. Work from home was the only benefit it provides, but it’s started calling 3 days a week on very short notice.

Dislikes

No benefits at all. Managers never gives good rating. Managers only think about their own benefits.
