It's true that company open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology for daily working activity.I love the part of a team. Lots of training was happened for innovation of modern technology. Job security is okay but facing internal politics which was created my life miserable. Yet to get promotion in my schedule term. Appraisal procedures was good but incremental process was bad because those people are oiling to his/ her reporting boss badly they will get high increment and promotion in a regular interval. Compensation is good but personal growth was very slow. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 18- 20 hours straight in a day which is a pain for me. I do received appreciation from company management and clients but it could not effective during my appraisal.

Work Details

Frankly speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire intra zone distribution as well manage day to day vehicle placement in time specially as per customer requirement but afraid yet to get any personal growth.
