You can learn lot of things and what I feel being a IT person that you can work on latest technologies available in the market. They have very good company culture and they celebrate each moments like birthday celebrations, festivals celebration.

Dislikes

I feel there is limitations in employee promotion, you won’t get promotion even you are a hard working person as per my view being in IT person. Maybe it is not for all and only IT is suffering due to a logistic profile of a company.
